What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. If you become a client we also handle the financial records you give us access to, which may include bank transactions, payroll data and supporting documents.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to you and to provide the services you have asked for. We use your financial data solely to perform bookkeeping work on your behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
How we protect it
Financial data is accessed through read only or accountant level connections rather than your personal login credentials. Documents are stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to personnel working on your account.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. If you end the engagement we export and hand over your records and remove our access.
